We called Simon Plumbing after our water heater broke. A master plumber (yes, you read that right … and that was one of the things that impressed me) came out later that day and the price was very reasonable. I usually call a couple of companies but I felt so comfortable talking to Louis that I stopped looking right then. It was obvious he loves what he does and knows his stuff too! He completed the water heater replacement in a timely manner while offering preventive maintenance kind of advice when I really appreciated. He answered all my questions and is now my extended family’s go to plumber!
